Our patients and the literature are increasingly pushing us toward these techniques, but how can we combine all this with the high success rates of "standard" implantology? When is it best to do an all-on-4 and when is an all-on-6 recommended? Why switch to the Simple and all-on-Prama techniques?

Immediate post-extraction procedures; what are the correct operating protocols to reduce complications and failures? Flapless techniques; when, how, and why? Computer-guided surgery; advantages and disadvantages. How can we safely bypass anatomical limitations (sinus and nerve) with angled implants, even without computer-guided surgery? Underpreparation and high insertion torque; are there protocols, or is it all improvisation? We will attempt to answer these and other current and burning questions during this decidedly practical and critical course.
