Dr. Albert Coombs III is a Washington, DC-based implantologist and owner of Smile Services DC, a practice committed to serving diverse and underserved populations with comprehensive dental care. With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Coombs has placed thousands of implants and is recognized for his expertise in full-arch rehabilitation and advanced grafting techniques.

A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Coombs has completed extensive training in implantology and prosthetics and has worked with a variety of leading systems, currently focusing on Sweden & Martina. He is passionate about education, mentorship, and expanding access to cutting-edge implant care through both private practice and professional training.

Dr. Coombs was named one of Incisal Edge’s “40 Under 40” top young dentists and serves as a national advocate for Medicaid dental coverage. His lectures aim to combine evidence-based protocols with real-world, case-based learning.
