Born in Catania on March 3, 1979, he graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics in 2002 from the University of Catania. He has completed numerous courses in extraction and implant surgery in Italy; for three years, he attended the Department of Periodontology at the University of Catania; he earned a second-level Master's degree with honors in Endodontics from Sapienza University of Rome, and a second-level Master's degree in Implant Surgery in Complex Oral Rehabilitation from the University of Catania. Since 2005, he has been a substitute dentist at various ASP facilities in the Catania area. Since 2006, he has been working as a freelancer at his own practice and as a collaborator at other facilities. Since 2010, he has been a follow-up member of the ITI (International Team for Implantology). Since 2016, he has been interested in the use of CBCT with guided software for the planning of 3D immediate-load implant-prosthetic procedures. In 2017 he was ranked 4th at the Sweden & Martina Premium Day in immediate loading guided surgery, since 2018 he has had an annual contract at the Catania district ASP. In 2018 he ranked 3rd at the Sweden & Martina Valencia International Congress of Integrated Implant-Prosthetics with FO2 FIXED PRAMA in Patient 97 Old. In 2018 he joined Prof. Cannizzaro's Syra Team with specific expertise in guided surgery and facial scans applied to the FO3/FO2 protocol, in 2019 he obtained the second level Master's degree in 3D Computer Guided Surgery at the University of Tuscany in Pisa Camaiore.
