Dr. Francesco Piras graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Florence and obtained a Postgraduate Master's Degree in Clinical and Surgical Micro-Endodontics from the Dental School-Lingotto of the University of Turin. Since 2016, he has served as a Lecturer and Tutor in the Master's Degree in Clinical and Surgical Microendodontics, taught in English.

Certified Member of ESE (European Society of Endodontology), Head of the Tuscany Region of AIOM (Italian Academy of Microscopic Dentistry), he is Co-Author of the chapter “Tools and Techniques for the Whitening of Non-Vital Teeth” in the book “Black&White: Multidisciplinary Protocols for Cariology, Whitening and Treatment of Dental Dyschromia” published by Edra.

For several years, he has been actively involved in organizing courses, conferences, and cultural events, involving the most prestigious international speakers, and has spoken at numerous courses and conferences in Italy and abroad.

Dr. Piras also provides consulting services to companies operating in the endodontic sector for the development of dedicated instruments.

He dedicates his professional activity exclusively to clinical and surgical micro-endodontics.
