President of the SIRIO-Rome Society (Roman Academy of Oral Surgery and Implantology) from 2012 to present. Active member of the IAO and member of the Board of Directors from February 2019 to present, currently serving as Vice President. He has authored 125 scientific articles published in national and international journals. He is also a member of the editorial boards of international journals and a member of the Cochrane Collaboration.
